1. Overview
This page explains how Replium users, customers, and Facebook or Messenger end-users can request deletion of personal data processed by Replium.
If you interacted with a chatbot operated by one of our customers, Replium may process your conversation data on that customer's behalf. We will coordinate with the relevant customer where required.
2. How to Request Data Deletion
Send a deletion request to plovers.io@gmail.com with enough information for us to identify the data.
- Your name and email address, if you have a Replium account.
- The workspace, business, website, chatbot, or Facebook Page you interacted with, if known.
- Your Facebook or Messenger user identifier, profile link, or conversation context, if the request relates to Messenger.
- A clear statement that you want your personal data deleted.
3. Verification
To protect privacy and prevent unauthorized deletion, we may ask for additional information to verify your identity or confirm your relationship to the relevant account, workspace, chatbot, or integration.
4. Response Timeline
We aim to respond to deletion requests within 30 days unless a shorter period is required by applicable law. If a request is complex or we need to coordinate with a customer, we may need additional time and will notify you where appropriate.
5. Limitations
- Some records may be retained where required for legal, tax, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or compliance purposes.
- Data in backups may persist for a limited period until backups are overwritten according to our retention practices.
- If Replium acts as a processor, we may need to refer or coordinate the request with the business customer that controls the data.
